People first. The home after.
Every portal starts with the property and leaves the people until last. We do it the other way round, because the people are what actually decides whether a year of living together goes well.

Tell us how you live
We put you in front of things that really happen in a flatshare: unwashed dishes, friends arriving at eleven on a Friday, noise on a Tuesday. That's the living compatibility test: four minutes, no right answers, and answering what looks good only gets you matched with the wrong people.
- 02
Tell us the practical part
City, areas, budget and move-in date. This doesn't score, it filters. If the budget doesn't work, that household doesn't appear no matter how well you'd get on.
- 03
We tell you who you fit with
People and households ranked by how well you'd live together, each with what you have in common, what might cause trouble, and a question to raise it on day one. Not a list to filter: an explained recommendation, and the eight living profiles tell you what each one is about.
- 04
You talk only if both of you want to
The conversation opens with mutual interest and starts with a useful question instead of “hi, is it still available?”.
- 05
And then the viewing
You arrive knowing what to ask and what to look for. You still decide: what we do is make sure you decide with information instead of a twenty-minute hunch.
How compatibility is calculated
The test scores each person on eight dimensions: tidiness, noise, schedule, social life, privacy, sharing, communication and flexibility. That vector of eight numbers is your living profile, and the closest of the eight profiles is the one we show you by name.
Compatibility between two people compares their profiles dimension by dimension. Each trait has a tolerance band: a small difference in tidiness doesn't count, a big one in schedule does. Whatever spills over the band is deducted, and the dimensions don't all weigh the same: noise and cleanliness weigh more because they're what most arguments are about.
If there are three of you in the household, the candidate is compared against all three and the worst fit carries more weight: a 90, a 90 and a 40 isn't a 73, it's a problem waiting to happen. That's why the percentage always comes with the reason: where you align, where friction is likely, and with whom exactly.
What we don't do
We're not an estate agency: we don't handle tenancies, contracts or payments, we don't act as a go-between and we don't sell your data. People with a room show it here; the agreement is yours to make.
